LEHSUN WALE ALOO
• Take 5 medium sized boiled Potatoes and cut them into pieces
• In Mortar Pestle add 1 Tbsp Coriander seeds
• Add 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
• Add 2 dry Red Chili
• Add 10-12 Garlic cloves
• Add 1 Tbsp Coriander stem
• Add ½ Tsp Black salt
• Add Salt and coarsely grind it
• In a pan add Mustard oil
• Add 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
• Add ¼ Tsp Hing
• Add grounded masala
• Add ½ Tsp Turmeric powder
• Add 1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chili powder and sauté it for a minute
• Add little water and cook it for a minute
• Add boiled Potatoes, on a high flame cook it for 2 minutes
• Add 1 Tbsp Kasuri Methi
• Add fresh Coriander, mix everything and Enjoy!
