There’s so many kinds of pizza and sometimes the best way to learn is to explore variety outside your own kitchen. Glad you nailed it (this looks bomb) but is encourage you not to lose perspective- the best pizza chefs I’ve ever met never stopped sampling as a way to learn and grow the skill.
