Having a bad day and idk why but I think it’s really funny that the only good news I got today is that my weight loss app thinks cereal is good for me (I needed this win)

    Fun fact the cereal I am eating is organic Canadian granola with only 10g of sugar per 2/3 cup serving. It’s the only sweet thing I am allowing myself to eat and god damn it I need any validation I can get including some trend from the LoseIt app

    My app likes it when I eat rice. One of the only times I eat rice is on the rare days I treat myself to AYCE sushi. I’ll take that as a win 😂
