Recipe –
Dry Ingredients
250g Plain Flour
45g Caster Sugar
5g Baking Powder
5g Baking Soda
Pinch of Sea Salt
Wet Ingredients –
4 large eggs, separated
250g Buttermilk
250g Milk
For the Ricotta –
250g Ricotta
1 Tbsp Vanilla Paste
50g Caster Sugar
Pinch of Salt

Watching many Brits enjoying our pancakes, most of us are triggered that you DON'T spread butter on each pancake before the syrup goes on!
Surprising especially, when I see Brits on YT thinking bread needs buttering BEFORE making a PB & J! 🙅♀
These look awesome. I’m not a massive blueberry fan though, would these work with say raspberries, or would you just omit the fruit?
