
Going crazy over this salad I threw together!
Canned lentils & chickpeas tossed in Szechuan chili oil and soy sauce
Base is greens if your choice, cilantro, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Sprinkled some Kizami nori.
Seasoned with garlic salt, pepper, and a drizzle of tahini!

Looks amazing!
I just made a lentil cabbage green onion “Asian” slaw (with kimchi pancake!) for lunch and my spouse and I spent lunch looking at Asian bean recipes. When I opened Reddit this was the first thing I saw and the page hadn’t even reloaded since this morning! Kismet.
Mine was sauced with homemade chili oil, tamari, rice vinegar, toasted sesame and a pinch of sugar.
