    Since getting the Wedges, we have been doing doctored up frozen pizzas. Smoked peperoni and smoked cheddar was a winner. Or smoked pepperoni/pineapple w/banana pepper rings.

    Whats on yours?

    I dont put any smoking wood on there, as by the time the egg is all up at 550-600 wood is LONG gone. 🙂
