I received this blueberry jam from a neighbor 9 months ago. I moved it from a jar to a Tupperware container into the fridge. I just had some and it tasted sweet and didn’t smell bad. I want to have more, but I don’t know if it’s safe to eat. I should’ve checked before eating it but better late than never ig…. No mold too.

    Plastic. Gross.

Jam can stay good for a long while in the fridge, as long as it was properly prepared and in a clean container.

If there’s no apparent mold or bacterial cultures, it’s probably fine. Just microplastics and some natural culture. I probably wouldn’t eat it because it looks like there’s too much liquid.

Why would you expect anyone here to know that?
