Water โ 100ml (Room Temperature)
Sugar โ 1 tbsp
instant Yeast โ 1.5 tsp (5g)
all purpose Flour – 350g
Salt – 1.5 tsp
Yogurt – 100g
Olive oil – 2 tbsp (30ml)
Rice vermicelli – 40g (Soak for 05 minutes and drain)
oil – 2 Tbsp
butter – 1 tbsp
ginger & garlic paste – 1 Tbsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (Chopped)
tomato paste – 2 Tbsp
1 large onion, finely chopped
Bell pepper – 1/2 Red + 1/2 Yellow (Chopped)
turmeric powder – 1/4 Tsp
chilli powder – 1 tsp
coriander powder – 1/4 tsp
cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
salt – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)
minced beef – 500g
soy sauce – 1 tsp
hot sauce – 2 tsp
tomato sauce – 2 tsp
oyster sauce – 1 tsp (optional)
Dried parsley – 1 tsp
oregano – 1 tsp
grated cheese – 50g (Cheddar or mozzarella)
BAKE AT 220C FOR 12 – 15 MINUTES (In a Pre-heated Oven)
BROIL for 2โ3 minutes just until the cheese melts and bubbles
(Place it on the top rack of the oven)
