Ingredients:
NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk: 1 tin
Milk 1.5 litre
Rice flour (Basmati): 1 cup (100 g)
Vanilla essence: 1 tsp
Toppings:
Rose syrup: 6 tbsp
Roasted Almonds: 6 tbsp, finely chopped
Sesame seeds: 6 tsp, roasted

Method:
1. Mix rice flour with 2 cups of milk to make a smooth slurry. Add vanilla essence and keep aside.
2. In a pot, bring the remaining milk to a boil. While stirring constantly, add the rice flour and milk slurry. Cook on a low flame until it thickens.
3. Add NESTLÉ MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Once thick, pour into individual serving bowls and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
5. While serving, garnish with rose syrup, roasted almonds and roasted sesame seeds. Serve chilled.
