Côtes du Rhône inspired me to make a extremely French burger with Camembert
I was going use a croissant but the bakery was out so I used a section of tradition instead
Cooked some of the shallots a bit too long and set off the smoke detector but the burger was fire

The grape juice is a little hoity toity but man did you nail that burger. It looks absolutely gorgeous.
