The final five contestants in the 2026 Salmon’s Meat Products Food Fight for the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers have been revealed, with this year being “brat edition.”
Out of 130 submissions, judges were able to narrow down to five recipes featuring one of the listed Salmon’s Meat Product’s bratwursts.
“Contestants were able to choose from an Italian, pepper jack, Badger or a basic brat to construct their recipes,” said assistant director of food and beverages for the Timber Rattlers, Megan Andrews.
Andrews said she and five other judges prioritized five factors when looking for the top five recipes.
“We looked for recipes that were creative, ballpark friendly, realistic, have quick prep time and a decent price point,” Andrews said. “We want the winning recipe to be something you can enjoy while watching the game.”
The winning recipe will be featured on the concession menu at Neuroscience Group Field. The winner will also receive four vouchers for any home game during the regular season, four vouchers for their food item and an opportunity to throw out the first pitch before a game.
It’s now up to fans to decide who will be the winner of this year’s Food Fight by casting their votes online. Voting is open from now until March 8 and the winner will be announced on the Timber Rattlers’ social media pages on March 12.
Fans can vote for one of the following top five recipes:
