If you’re looking for a warm, comforting breakfast that’s simple to make and feeds a crowd, this Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Casserole is one of my absolute favorites. It’s packed with savory breakfast sausage, fluffy baked eggs, and plenty of melty cheese all layered together into one easy dish — no standing at the stove flipping eggs one by one! This easy sausage and egg casserole is perfect for a hassle-free breakfast or brunch that the whole family will love. You can easily customize it with your favorite veggies like bell peppers, onions, or spinach, and it’s ready in under an hour from start to finish. I especially love that it’s great for meal prep — just slice, refrigerate, store well and reheat for a quick, satisfying breakfast during the week. Whether you’re serving this for a holiday morning, a weekend brunch, or just want something hearty and comforting to start the day, this recipe is a dependable go-to that never disappoints. It’s simple, filling, and full of flavor — exactly the kind of recipe we love here at Rachel’s Step by Step. ❤️

  22. Nice breakfast video with your grandkids. I have the same blue plates as you do! I found a set of 10 of them in a junk store: dinner plates, dessert plates, beverage glasses, cereal/dessert bowls, & 2 large vegetable/salad bowls! It says "France" on each piece. Do you know what the pattern is called?
