This is a Devil's food cake with 5 layers. Each layer has rings of caramel sauce, hot fudge, and marshmallow fluff buttercream. The icing is a French vanilla Chantilly cream with a dark chocolate ganache drip, rosettes of marshmallow fluff buttercream topped with maraschino cherries and adorned with rainbow sprinkles.
the waffle cone is filled with leftover ganache and Chantilly cream and the "ice cream" is one large frozen ball of vanilla American buttercream.
