Grass Fed Bison Ribeye

  1. Every few weeks to a month I have a hunger for a good bison steak (ribeye mostly) this just sped that process up. Was the fat that color before cooking or is the orangey color due to seasoning?

    If Im critiqueing- i prefer more sear

    But that’s nitpicking- I’d be happy to eat this ribeye. Good job
