Brasserie Blanc has today unveiled a new weekly programme of French-inspired dining experiences, launching across its restaurants from 16th February. Designed to bring a touch of joie de vivre to every day of the week, the new calendar blends classic French cooking, seasonal specials, live entertainment and extended social moments.
From indulgent steak evenings to elegant jazz soirées, Brasserie Blanc invites guests to rediscover the pleasure of lingering at the table.
A Week at Brasserie Blanc
Monday – Moules Monday
A celebration of a true French classic. Guests can enjoy mussels with sauce, fries and wine for £20 – a simple, generous and comforting way to begin the week.
Tuesday – Soufflé Specials
A rotating menu of seasonal ‘special’ soufflés, sweet or savoury, crafted to reflect the flavours of each period. Light, theatrical and unmistakably French, these limited-time creations showcase the culinary creativity at the heart of Brasserie Blanc.
Wednesday – Ooh La Steak
Midweek indulgence (or Fridays at Threadneedle Street and Southbank) takes centre stage with two steaks, from the same butchers to the royal family served with a complimentary bottle of wine. Filet, chateaubriand or, new for 2026 – bavette steak, peppercorn sauce, with a glass of 175ml wine from just £24.95.
Selected Thursdays – Soirées
An evening of atmosphere and artistry. Selected Brasserie Blanc locations will host Soirées featuring acts such as live jazz, entertainment and The Pocket Orchestra. (Excludes Threadneedle Street and Chancery Lane.)
Guests can also enjoy an extended Happy Hour from 5–8pm, offering an extra hour to sip and socialise.
Friday – Charcuterie & Wine
The perfect start to the weekend. A generous charcuterie board with a carafe of wine or two spritzes, with the option to upgrade to a full bottle (price TBC). Designed for sharing, grazing and easing into Friday evening.
Saturday – BB Breakfasts
From 10:00am (where breakfast is not already offered), guests can enjoy fresh pastries, tea and coffee — a relaxed and elegant start to the weekend, the French way.
Sunday – Breakfast & All-Day Roasts
Sundays begin gently with pastries and coffee from 10:00am, followed by Brasserie Blanc’s All Day Roasts served from 11:30am–8:00pm. A refined take on the British tradition, rooted in French culinary expertise.
Heartwood Collection’s CEO, Richard Ferrier said: “Our new weekly moments are about celebrating everything Brasserie Blanc stands for, generous food, seasonal flavour, and time spent together around the table. Whether it’s moules on a Monday or jazz on a Thursday, we’re inviting guests to enjoy a little slice of France throughout the week.”
The new weekly programme launches 16th February across Brasserie Blanc restaurants nationwide. Guests are encouraged to book in advance, particularly for Soirée evenings and steak nights.
