6.9/10 – I had never heard of mango sticky rice before finding this flavor. I like mango, I like rice, what could go wrong? To be fair, it’s not awful, in fact it’s pretty good. Is it a combo I’d ever seek out? Probably not, but I still ate it. I think my biggest problem with it is the separation of the flavors as you can see in the aerial view. The rice ice cream and the mango ice cream are like yin and yang in the pint. When you get a bite with both sides, it’s interesting and bold. When you get a bite where one flavor has more power, it’s kind of blah. The mango side on its own isn’t all that great and tastes overly-manufactured, and the rice side tastes like the milk leftover after a bowl of corn flakes for some reason. Overall, I liked it, but it wasn’t a star.
