Nice melt. A little dark on the outside and lacks a hint of shine. Use only butter in cold pan, slowly bring up to temp and add sandwich when you see water cooking off. All pans have a hot spot in the middle. Slower and lower heat in the pan, plus moving sandwich/shaking the pan creates even contact resulting in uniform color with a little sheen.
