Overall really happy with how this came out! Any tips on getting a more even crumb and for getting a nice ear? I’m not sure if this is over or under proofed

    Overall this is a BEAUTIFUL first loaf!! This doesn’t look overproofed at all. If anything, maybe *slightly* on the underproofed side. Show us a crumb shot for more information!
