Does this look like Mediterranean, what should I add?

    I’d throw in a scoop of quinoa or garbanzo beans. Looks yummy!

    I’d add olives, just my preference! And quinoa to make more filling.

    I look at the balance of my menu across the course of the day. This is a good fit. If there is not enough to carry you to the next meal, I’d add any of nuts, beans, whole grain like quinoa or farro, etc

    Idk but I just got the hugest craving for soft boiled/jammy eggs. I’ll be farting up a storm later tonight, that’s for sure.

    I highly recommend The Mediterranean Dish website and YouTube channel. They have some incredible salads and other Mediterranean dishes. When I come across a dish like pan fried chicken and onion, I just sub the copious oil out for a spray or two of 1 kcals olive oil.

    There are incredible and delicious dishes which are so good for you and veg, salad, bean and grain heavy dishes are som of the best.

    I don’t think I’d add a thing, if it comes with dressing. If not, a nice vinagarette.

  9. Bravo. I add feta made from goat or sheep. Oregano and greek olives. More greens. Cant have the eggs, so enjoy.

  10. edamame, black beans, feta, olives for my liking but i’d eat it as is if that’s all i had.

    Socca ~ garbanzo flatbread, crisp, wafer or cake.
