

Potatoes: a waxy yukon gold (that had sprouted but was pared of the green and sprouting bits). Homemade cajun-style blackening seasoning. Leftover shallot.
Egg scramble: ham and american cheese.
Toast: sourdough with butter.
My toaster has gone fully uneven, but I would be lying if I said I didn't like the different bits. Sometimes nothing is better than bread and butter.

I love butter. Love it. But this is poor application, for sure.
Otherwise a top-notch breakfast; potentially a bit greasy.

I’ve no idea what American cheese is as I’ve never eaten it – I’m British so a cheddar girl! – But can we ever have too much butter on our bread? I would love this plate OP
