Dough
• 3 cups Flour
• 1 Egg
• 1 cup Water
• Salt
Filling
• 300g Ground Beef
• 1 Onion (Finely Grated)
• Salt
• Red Pepper Flakes
• Black Pepper
Topping
• Yogurt
• Garlic (Grated)
• Butter
• Dried Mint
• Paprika
👨🍳 PREPARATION
Prepare the Dough: Knead flour, egg, salt, and water into a firm dough. Let rest.
