Still looks hella good, especially with that tomato soup in the background.

Raclette needs an accompany flavor. Its mostly rich mouthfeel. Pairs well with texture…so by itself no….but with sautéed mushrooms, onion, crispy potatoes….
Could drop in some tapampanade, or pickled hot peppers. But fullest flavor is when it gets a touch crispy….but that accompanying smell takes some getting used to.
If I would suggest, melt with some smoked gouda. Cracked pepper or chili flake.
