I literally flew here to ask how you were able to eat so few cashews! I can eat 2 full servings (500 cals worth) and still want more

That sandwich looks amazing! I’m not usually a sandwich girly but I may be to try that. I love fat free Italian for salads or to have marinated with tomatoes and cucumbers. Definitely stealing and trying on a sandwich.

Hello OP,
3 oz of chicken breast is not 75 calories. 3 oz of chicken breast is approximately 85 grams. As 1g of protein has 4kcal, you’re consuming atleast +- 340kcal just from the chicken breast itself. What do you think?

Did you have the whole 7.75oz can of beans? Because that can looks like it has 1.5 servings at 200/each. Just asking because I love beans and was thinking “No way is that a whole can!” But it turns out Hanover makes petite cans!
Also, I love that you researched and put the healthiest foods into your diet and on your plate.
