Looks great! What did you do for insulation and vapor barrier? How are you handling humidity? I have a cellar pro and am constantly having to run my humidifier, but am in an arid climate so I’m working against nature nearly all year.

It looks great. However, 67° is a bit warm. Should be at least down to 60 if you plan on keeping any of those more than a year.
