Hey we made Lasagna Soup at nearly the exact same time lol. I just got finished eating mine. Think I overdid it with red chili flakes this time though. Looks great!

I just made a version of this on Sunday. It was excellent. It’s definitely going in the rotation. I cooked my pasta separately and kept it separate and just put it in my bowl when it was time to eat it. I didn’t want it to get mushy and soak up all my broth.
