*The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is back, kicking off on March 6 with a menu that celebrates California flavor with a global influence. Guests can explore dishes that draw inspiration from cultures, communities, and culinary traditions, offering layered, flavorful creations meant to be shared, per the news release.
This year’s lineup features new items alongside returning favorites across festival marketplaces and select dining locations. Highlights include a carbonara pizzetta from LA Style, served with white sauce, Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Bacon, and a black pepper drizzle; chicharrón nachos from California Craft Brews topped with chorizo, cheese sauce, tomatoes, and salsa verde; and pork chile verde chalupas from Paradise Garden Grill, served with Spanish rice, refried beans, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and queso fresco.
For dessert lovers, Terran Treats offers a pandan latte churro, featuring coffee-sugar-coated churros with pandan whipped cream and toasted coconut shavings. Peppers Cali-ente serves ramen mac & cheese enriched with furikake crumble, fish cake, green onions, and chile crunch. Sweet fans can also enjoy a Mickey-shaped macaron made with SNICKERS bar pieces from Uncork California, filled with caramel ganache.
Guests looking to pair flavors with beverages can visit Sonoma Terrace, where industry experts lead seminars on house-made cocktails and curated wines. Reservations are required for these educational experiences and can be booked online.
