My husband will love these. I’m not a canned meat fan or corned beef. Like you, he has a picky wife. 😂🥳 He is out of town for work and I’ll make these when he returns. How about a one pot budget friendly ground beef or turkey dish. To help get the meat outta the can, poke two holes in the bottom to break the suction
Good memories of what Mom used to make for us. She also made sandwiches with a layer of plain corned beef and topped it with egg salad filling. So good.
Picky wife must love ketchup …. Since you don’t use it much that’s one giant bottle.😂😂😂. My husband would love these, minus the ketchup , he makes himself corn beef hash once every couple months, reminiscent of his childhood and sailing with his father!
Heather I would flake the rest of the corned beef. Then put some regular mustard in it like you were making sandwich meat. Then make a batch of biscuit dough, roll it out to a rectangle, spread the meat on it, roll like cinnamon buns, slice and cook in a 400 oven until done. I do this with ham, but when they are cooked I add a slice of cheese while hot. YUM
My Mom would make corned beef hash for lunch for the two of us when I was little. She used leftover potatoes, a little bit of diced onion, a bit of finely diced celery (if she had it) and mashed up corned beef. She always fried it up in butter or margarine letting it get browned and crispy on the bottom before flipping it, breaking it up and browning again. It always tasted so good. Lol
Food banks sometimes give cans of spam, what can I do with spam? Also canned veg ideas and chic peas ideas since food banks get a ton of those as well. We also have bags of dry lentils that I honestly do not know what to do with to make them palatable as I am picky as well.

We call these meat cakes and my mom still makes them. They are a great quick lunch when you have leftover potatoes.

Pop a hole in the bottom of the can with a knife or bottle-opener and it will slide right out 😊

We used to have them all the time growing up
My precious Daddy would have loved those.
This brings back memories of having salmon patties growing up, I think it was just canned salmon, egg and crushed corn flakes.
Yum, I love corned beef hash, and those look amazing!❤
poke a hole in the bottom of can with a knife — that will let it slide right out !!

This is when I bust out the mustard pickles
Try putting a hole in the top of the can and the air should let it slide out
