Looking at this weber 26, seller wants 400 with the chefs temp thermometer. I would like to make him an offer because 400 seems high, especially with the small hole near the smoke prob. Thoughts?

Too high of a price. Why not just spend $100 more and get a brand new one. $100 take it or leave it would be my offer.

$400 for a used 26″ is way too steep. Maybe 300 max. Is that hole where plug is on bottom for a temp control fan? Not familiar with the temp thing you’re talking about though.

Id pass at 400. Id also see of your Lowes has them on sale in store. They still have them 250 new at mine
26 inch usually dont come up for sale often in my area but 250 seems to be the normal going rate.

Cheaper than buying a new one, but it does have holes drilled in it. Seems like a lot of folks drill holes though so it’s not a big deal to the right person. I don’t see 26” come up on marketplace often.
Personally, I’d buy new at that price point.
