At some crazy sour skittles (different that sour skittles, there’s no malic acid / powder coating on the outside. They are just sour – pretty good though) and jackkniffed into some wine before I got bizzzaaayyyyyy
I got that ADHD + OCD combo – I absolutely cook better when I’m drunk. Had access to some great seafood, veg and protein so got busy with a langostine/mussel/clam/iberico paella, some grilled oysters, pork ribs, chorizo and entrecôte (ribeye). There was a little Weber and chargrilled some skirt and pork too. There’s two that don’t eat red meat so made them lentils with some of the oysters/juice. Cooked half the stuff inside then moved outside; drunk peaked during the paella and pictures look like, well, a drunk person took them. Not pictured is a beat salad
Chilling now with the last of the white wine and cigarette while they do the dishes I’ll do again when they leave lol
I love cooking but I love drunk cooking more
