Went to Proper in Ronci last night – place was packed – food was very good. I think the tartar is some of the best in the city – looks like they have a house made truffle mayo and they use that instead of egg – really clean taste and super fresh.
The pasta was excellent. Place was full and after 2.5 hours we had to give up our seat for a 9pm seating – great to see it so busy.
