    As someone who makes these on the regular, I have a few of questions… first, I’m curious how you got dark/black spots on the bottom, which is uncharacteristic of both SSBP, and any SSBP I’ve ever bought. Was that your intent, or just something that happened?

    Conversely, this bake didn’t have as much lacy edges as most SSBPs have, was that intended or unintended?

    Which recipe did you go with? Anyway, I think it still looks delicious!
