Our Costco recently started carrying Kirkland briquettes. It even says “including ceramics” on the bag. I don’t think I’m gonna risk it for the warranty and I’m also doubting it will be a good as Fogo. What are y’all’s thoughts?

Briquettes are fine for the ceramics. It’s not great for long low temp cooks due to how it ashes down. It’s fine for shorter cooks but I don’t mess with it unless I’m out of lump.
