Haven’t done a video of a shot in a long while. Still got it. Lowkey put a ton of work into my setup. The group head has so many mods to make it more temp stable. Even had a special tamper made. Too bad it still tastes like the water was too hot lol.

  3. What’s your usual preinfusion time for La Pavoni? I’m not sure yet whether to wait for full puck saturation or just pull as soon as I raise the lever and hear the steam come in

    Describe your beans and how fresh they are, how the coffee tastes (especially if you discard the crema because it makes the coffee bitter), and the following extraction parameters:
    Duration of extraction, water temperature, maximum pressure, and its duration.
