




I don't really count calories much (also I had troubles with staying within 1500 limit so why bother lol) but recently I started doing 18:6 intermittent fasting and I feel incredible! Even without calorie counting I'm losing weight, I guess having 2 meals works for me.
Today I really liked my breakfast so I decided to count my food just for fun to see if it's within budget and it is!!
First meal is oatmeal with oat&soy milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, apple and banana, and bit of poppy and hemp seeds, 2 brazil nuts and few dried cranberries.
Second meal is rye bread with cream cheese, salmon, spinach and peas (frozen) cooked with a bit of butter and splash of soy sauce and sauerkraut.
I also had a latte and a small dessert after dinner which was chocolate cookie and tangerine.
I know my proteins are a bit lower than people usually eat here but I don't really care, I'm small and I don't do harsh workouts and I feel fine. Usually I eat a bit more but today 🤷♀️ anyway I'll try to eat bit more protein tomorrow to balance it out. I'm more concerned with fiber target and that one I got! Yaay!
