For 10 Dimsum –
100 g Shelled Edamame
1 green chilli
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp coriander stem
Salt & pepper
5 rice papers to make 10 Dimsum
Some coriander stem or spring onion greens to tie the Dimsum
