1 – green reigns supreme! Perfect heat and taste that you can put on anything and everything.. First tried this in 2002 at this taco spot in ny and has been my goto ever since
2 – XXX just has that perfect smokey taste
3 – Caribbean to me is as hot as xxx but instead of smokey it has a sweetness

The green El Yucateco has been a fridge staple for years, goes on literally everything. First tried it at a taco truck and immediately bought a bottle. I actually prefer the Caribbean over the XXX because that sweetness adds a dimension smoky sauces lack. Have you tried their black label? Harder to find but the roasted habanero flavor is worth hunting down.
