    Nice GREEN Gaggia.

Nice to see something other than chrome, stainless steel and black.

That green GCP and its MDF55 grinder sitting at my WLL shopping cart tempting me to make very unwise financial decision.
Why is that wood-like nop on the right side off centered a bit?!

    10/10 setup! πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

I would need easier access to my machine, my arms are not that long

Nice man. I had a problem with the hopper jumping around on my first Fred so had to return it and am waiting on its replacement to arrive. Other than that issue I had with that one, awesome grinder built like a tank

Can you tell me about your tools on the tamping mat? Great setup!

Now that we know it’s a LELIT, you can safely remove the red sticker. The cups may not be the ideal choice, though. Judging by their size on the countertop, you might consider a bottomless portafilter and perhaps a small mirror on each side offer better visibility for you and your partner (coffee is always better enjoyed together). Even though you have a nicely sized handle to work with, the machine seems to be positioned about 10-15 cm a bit too far back. That said, it’s an absolutely gorgeous machine.

This gaggia classic is so canals of great espresso. Best choice as starting point in my opinion. The only problem the boiler is very small, so make sure you feed good water or you will have issues with scale in no time and this machine is not the best to descale. Backflush regularly with chemical and without. Enjoy.
