The downside to the gyro is the pita, it has fries in it, and it has lamb as protein. Upside is even though it is big, I think there is a lot more food in the bowl then here. Downside to the bowl is more food, more sauce. Upside is the protein is chicken. Technically this comes with lamb usually too but I opt for chicken. I don't like my gyro itself with chicken so thats why that has lamb.

Pretty much always go with the bowl, tortillas and wraps can add a surprising amount of calories. Usually 140-240 extra calories.

They can both be “healthy” depending on what macros you’re trying to hit, though there’s a lot of cheese and sauce in both, and some empty carbs in the wrap with fries.
I’d bet the bowl is lower calories for sure. Wraps and fries are both heavy on calories. In both cases cutting back on the cheese would help lower calories a lot.
Always the bowl. A tortilla/wrap usually adds around 100-300 calories
