Ciao Vino, a stylish Italian restaurant, will close following service on Saturday, after being open about 18 months. Ciao Vino debuted at 740 S. Rampart Blvd., in Boca Park, in early September 2024, replacing Bella Vita.

Ciao Vino was among four restaurant projects announced in July 2024 by HUKL Hospitality, part of the portfolio of Las Vegas-based HUKL Investments.

“HUKL Group is proud of the incredible memories created at Ciao Vino in Boca Park,” reads a Friday statement on the closing. “While this chapter is coming to a close, we’re filled with gratitude for our amazing guests and team who made it so special. Stay tuned — there are exciting new projects on the horizon!”

Joel Myers, previously of Vetri Cucina (now closed) at the Palms and Osteria Fiorella in Red Rock Resort, was the opening chef for Ciao Vino, sending out dishes such as farro risotto (farrotto) with prawns, beef tartare with seasonal truffles, rotolo pasta rolls with taleggio, squid ink fettuccine with ’nduja and Dungeness crab, a diavolo pizza topped by San Marzano tomatoes and Calabrian chilis, and bistecca alla Fiorentina with grilled lemon.

The Summerlin-area Italian eatery was named one of the Top 100 Restaurants in Vegas for 2025 by the Las Vegas Review-Journal. The HUKL Hospitality portfolio also includes La Madre Canyon Grill and Marché Bacchus. Neon has requested comment on the closing from a representative for HUKL Hospitality.
