Got them shucked and served right there at the cafe (after trying and failing to shuck them myself)
Watch out for pea crabs hitching a ride inside these suckers!

Once the fish person at WF was chatting with me as I was buying oysters to shuck at home. He talked to me about the best way to shuck. Then we turned to the little rack selling oysters shuckers and they had none. I said no worries next time, and instead he kindly gave me the shucker he had in his pocket. That’s my oyster shucker to this day.
