    I see a post-it and I know I’m in for a good recipe. Really appreciate how you show viscosity for the batter etc, I find those parts tricky to gauge in written recipes

    Yum!! Ethiopian food is one of my all time favorite cuisines. I’ve been meaning to make injera and have some teff on hand for it. Thanks for this tutorial!
