Thanks to Chris for sending: “Something New In Old Marcel’s Space. I just saw a liquor license placard go up in the old Marcel’s space at 2401 Pennsylvania Ave NW.

I looked up the name, and it seems to be a new Italian restaurant from the owners of Apero & La Boheme.”

The placard for Ellizabetta La Strega says:

“New Retailer’s Class “C” Restaurant with a Seating Capacity of 170, Total Occupancy Load of 199, and a Sidewalk Café with 45 Seats. The Licensee is also requesting Holiday Extension of Hours and the Alcohol Carry-out and Delivery Endorsement.”
