The recipe is easy, cheap, and healthy. I freeze everything beforehand and add only a little bit of milk to give it that ice cream-like consistency.

BE WARNED!! When you do this yourself in a regular blender: You must blend for a few seconds, stop, and then stir everything with a spoon, and then do it again repeating a couple of times.

If you don't have a regular blender like me and instead have an ice cream maker, then I believe you should be fine.
