For breakfast I had buttered sardines over air fried potatoes. I gently heated the sardines up in a pan and then placed them on top of the potatoes. Drizzling with the remaining butter from the pan and tin. I was not expecting it to be as delicious as it was! An amazing tin for sure

    Nice. Delicious mix. (Where’s the pepper though lol?) Air fryer does potatoes so well too, everything from leftover french fries, frozen tots, chopped boiled potatoes.

    So if I drained cheaper sardines and added melted butter, it would be similar?
