Recipe is 3 Roma tomatoes, 3 cloves garlic, half white onion, all roughly chopped and seared in cast iron with olive oil. Half way through that I added 20 chile de arbol and sautéed them till soft. Added all ingredients to a blender with some salt and citric acid, added water to get a better consistency. Blend it all then transferred to a bowl and used an immersion blended and added olive oil slowly to get the creamy aspect of it to where I wanted it. Spicy and toasty and extremely tasty.
