binged last night, still feel incredibly guilty about it
i was doing SO good, until it was evening and i just ate all the snacks i could find.

Do not feel guilty, 2280 cals when you’ve had 14k steps really isn’t that much, especially if you are not super short. Not enough to really set you back anyway. Today is a new day!

It happens, I’ve been there. All that matters is that you get back on track. Just go back to eating your normal amount, don’t try to overcompensate by overly restricting or exercising like crazy. When I’ve done this, I just gain some water weight & it goes away within a couple days. You got this❤️

It always starts right before I try to go to sleep. EVERY TIME
I still feel like trash…it’s a neverending cycle for me and I feel hopeless. So I do understand unfortunately.

That’s not a binge, you’re likely just around maintenance, which is fine. One day without a deficit is not a big deal. My binges are like 3x that amount lol

You weren’t doing “so good” and that’s why you binged. Less than 800 calories for lunch and dinner and no breakfast is setting yourself up. And if you’re walking 14,000 steps, you are not sedentary. 1,200 is the minimum amount you need if you are a petite, sedentary female.

One piece of advice a random YouTuber said was planning for off days, bday, christmas, period week, etc etc. Doesn’t mean go insane, but means give yourself some grace and remember 3 over days in a month doesn’t negate the 27 good days!

I ate almost a whole pack of cream cheese last night… ahhh… but it’s once in a while, don’t feel guilty, we’re trying our bests and should feel proud! 🙂

this breaks my heart a little. one day of normal eating will not kill you. if you felt a compulsive need to snack, you may not be feeding your body adequately — i experienced similar before i recovered from my ED. even if you’re committed to 1,200 calories, maybe try to reconfigure ur carbs, fats, proteins, etc. so you feel more full.

You still got 14k steps in and I’m sure that amount of calories is pretty close to your maintenance. Don’t sweat it. Good job logging it! I also use mynetdiary and I go to all you can eat sushi once a month and I just put 3k for my day and forget about it. I still lost 130 lbs. You got this!
