I got really annoyed at how expensive Alpha prime brownies are and how much saturated fat they have so I created something like this at home. It actually came out better. I used banana as a binder because I don’t have the artificial ingredients that they use to make stuff fudgy.

I let Gemini format the recipe for me below, so never mind the AI speak 😅

    The Macros (Per Brownie)
    • Calories: 195 kcal
    • Protein: 19.5g
    • Net Carbs: ~17g
    • Fat: 6.5g

    Ingredients (Gram-Based)
    • 15g CSE Vanilla Protein Powder (or your favorite Whey)
    • 7g All-Purpose Flour
    • 7g Collagen Peptides
    • 6g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    • 22g Mashed Banana (about 1.5 tbsp)
    • 7g Maple Syrup / honey
    • 5g Oil
    • 1/16 tsp Baking Powder
    • A tiny pinch of salt to bring out the chocolate.

    Instructions
    1. Prep: Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a small ramekin or a single muffin tin slot.
    2. The “Liquid” Base: In a small bowl, mash the banana until it is a smooth liquid puree. Whisk in the maple syrup and avocado oil.
    3. Mix Dry: Add the protein powder, flour, collagen, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Stir until a thick, tacky batter forms. (It will be thick—this is normal for that “Prime” density!)
    4. Bake: Bake for 11–13 minutes. You want the top to be set but the center to still have a tiny bit of “give.”
    5. The Secret Step: Let it cool to room temp, wrap it in plastic, and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight). This “cures” the collagen and starches to give you that authentic chewy bite.

Sorry if this is stupid but does it make four? Or is that whole thing 200cals? Looks so good and fudgy.
