Ham, salami, sandwich pepperoni, provolone, red onion, tomato, spring mix, then evoo/balsamic and oregano to dress plus mustard/mayo on the bread.
It definitely could’ve used a bit more balsamic and roasted red peppers would’ve been a great addition.
A solid 9.

Where are you from?
Looks good. I would have used oregano, red wine vinegar and oil.
Salt and pepper the tomatoes.
