Nuri Sardines in Tomato Sauce on white bread (toasted) with red onion and green bell pepper, red pepper flakes, and italian seasoning. A good quick go-to snack.

I want to enjoy sardines really badly but I’m autistic and once found a spine and I accidentally pictured crunching on it and haven’t been able to enjoy them since. Are these very tomato-y? Was hoping they are
