This year I started to farm peppers in a grow tent. I put LED lights on top. Around 15/20 cm above. Will this be high enough not to burn the seedlings?
Next I ordered a mini fan with 2200 rpm. Any tips?

You’re fine. LED’s really don’t burn unless it’s almost in contact with the plant.
